A valid credit card with the name of the cardholder, card number and expiry date is required to guarantee your booking

Cancellation Policy :

• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival for April 1, to October 31, 2012
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival for November 1, 2012 to December 19, 2012
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2012 to January 10, 2013
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival for January 11, 2013 to March 31, 2013
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charge for No show or for each booking cancelled on the same day

Children Policies :

• A maximum of 2 children under 12 years stay free with adults if utilizing existing bedding
• A baby cot is free for infant
• Children must be mentioned on reservation
• Children 0-4 years old are free of charge for all buffet meals
• Children 5-11 years are offered 50% discount on Food & Beverage
• Children over 12 years old are considered as adults
